SCHEDULING

Appointments are recommended.  If we have a Clinical Aesthetician available we will be happy to accommodate your desired treatment.  However, most procedures are booked in advance.

ARRIVAL

Our scheduling is designed to permit the correct amount of time to complete your service,  a late arrival will deprive you of precious treatment time.

For new patients, we do ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. As we are a medical skin center, we do require that  all new patients fill out skin care history information and  treatment consent forms.

CANCELLATIONS

Your scheduled appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us  24 hours in advance to avoid a $50 cancellation fee.

PRODUCT RETURNS

Your satisfaction is our utmost concern.  If you are not satisfied with one of your products, please bring in your product. We will gladly exchange the full value of the returned product for a product or products that are more suited to your desired result. If you desire a full refund, we would be happy to provide a refund credited back to you in the same method of payment used for purchase.

PAYMENT We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, Check, or Cash.

GRATUITIES Since we are a medical facility, gratuities are not accepted.
